Our Cancellation Policy
We require all clients to keep a valid card on file. If a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-call, no-show happens, your card will be charged a $150 non refundable late cancellation fee. This fee is not a credit and will not be used towards any service or product. A new appointment can be booked: in the event of another no-call no-show or late cancellation, another $150 non refundable deposit will be charged. If after 3 no-call no-shows or late cancellations occur, full payment for the service will be required before scheduling any further appointments.
If a card is not stored on file, a $150 late cancellation fee will be charged before any appointments can be rebooked.
