Choose Hope Foundation

Our story

Chase Everett Morris was born on 8/15/2000 and passed 8/7/2007. Chase was diagnosed with cancer, (Osteosarcoma), when he was just three years old.

During this difficult time we experienced an outpouring of love and financial support from our community, alleviating many stressors, allowing us to focus on what really mattered, Chase. I can't thnk of a better way to remember Chase than to give back. Why did we choose the date of his passing as the day hope was established? Because. There must be hope after loss, there must be light after darkness and there must be life after death. You will find a penny attached to each candle.

What does this represent? Chase loved writing little notes to his friends and family - "I love u mom, have a good day" He would tape change (usually a penny) to his love notes. Every time I see a penny I think of Chase. May these pennies bring hope and gratitude to you in your own life.

ALL proceeds will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House Seattle and Yakima Children's Wishes and Dreams.
